Today I did my first relaxation exercise in this term. I did not realize how much I had missed doing these until tonight. I was first introduced to them in my stress management class and really loved them. The one I did today was called Journey On relaxation exercise. It used the power of the mind suggesting movement of blood to different areas of the body to promote relaxation of the muscles. This I found to be amazing how you can control the body with your mind to do what you want it to do. I felt very relaxed afterwards and replayed the exercise to help relax my legs also (in the guided exercise it guides you to do you hands and arms). I suffer from sever carpel tunnel syndrome and this really helped to relax my hands and also helped to reduce the pain.

Welcome friends to my blog site. Here I will share with you my journey through on of my last college classes before graduation and also through my life. In May I will graduate with a Bachelors degree in nutritional science. It has been a long adventure both gaining knowledge and learning about myself. Throughout this journey I have met many wonderful people from around the world. Some of who were only in one or two of my classes and others who I saw in many more of my classes. This is why I always say welcome friends. To me everyone I meet along my path in life is a friend and has something for me to learn from even if that person is only a part for a very short time. So I welcome you my friend to my blog. Hopefully you will stay awhile and join me on my journey through life.
