Reviewing the meditation exercises
This week we were asked to revisit the various meditation and visualization exercises that we have participated in throughout the course of this class and to find the two that we believe we could incorporate in our lives. The two that I find that I would like to incorporate in my life are the Loving Kindness exercise and the Subtle Mind exercise. I feel that the one I need most to practice is the Loving Kindness as I need to learn to forgive not only people for the tings that have been done to me but more importantly to forgive myself. By taking time for myself I feel that I will be better able to help those who need my help.
